Roger Lacey

Roger Lacey is ExecRank's Top Corporate Development Executive for 2012. Mr. Lacey has a long and successful track record at 3M in increasingly influential positions. Mr. Roger H. D. Lacey has been Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at 3M Company since January 2010. Mr. Lacey previously served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Marketing Development for 3M Company since 2007. He served as Staff Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing Development at 3M since 2006, and Staff Vice President, eBusiness and Corporate Planning and Strategy since 2000.

Mr. Lacey has been a Director of Communications Systems Inc. since July 2008. He served as Non-Executive Director at BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. from June 22, 2010 to November 29, 2010. He is a Founding Member of Innovation Lab, MIT.

He serves as a Board Member of Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation, Minneapolis, Minn.; Member of Corporate Strategy Board, Washington, D.C. and Executive Member of The Conference Board, New York, N.Y. He is a Member of Strategic Board of Governors of Opus College of Business. He served as Executive Member of the National Policy Association, Washington, D.C.; Council Member of Manufacturers Alliance /MAPI Strategic Planning and Development; Member of Digital Economic Opportunity Committee, Washington, D.C. and Member of Senior Editorial Board Comparative Technology Transfer and Society.

Mr. Lacey holds B.A. in Economics & Politics from Manchester Polytechnic, Manchester and M.B.A from Manchester Business School, Manchester.
